RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return Process To initiate a return, contact us at support@techyfy.co.in with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and shipping label if applicable.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
